Aqua for me this morning so don't need any massage or water floating but a nice manicure would be good.

I'm still tired and aching all over, and haven't quite shaken off this cold, so I think a session in the hydrotherapy pool would be just the thing. Ahhhhhh.......bliss..

Happy Valentines Day all

Couples massages today, if anyone wants to bring their OH along.
This is the only day men will be allowed into our Pamper Zone !

My OH isn't really into massages (although loves the reflexology I give her) so I wont partake of today's Couples offer.

I will have an Indian Head Massage, then a manicure, followed by a pedicure with Minx nails.
After all that I will have a hour chilling out in the Relaxation Room.

Ahhhhhhh, bliss. Sorry I missed the couples event. My OH has only ever had one massage and although he was a bit blasé about it, I think he enjoyed it.
