Don't try it if you're claustrophobic tho' ladies. š Off for neck/shoulder massage & meditation. I'm still tired and aching all over, and haven't quite shaken off this cold, so I think a session in the hydrotherapy pool would be just the thing. Ahhhhhh.......bliss..

I need a nice massage and some soothing music with a lay on the sofa a fluffy blanket , it might make me sleep .
If I doze off please leave me till morning I will take sleep anywhere even a clothes line if I can

A nice float in the warm waters of the heated pool then a Hot Chocolate by the fire for me tonight maybe a hand massage to ease my aching bones too

My OH isn't really into massages (although loves the reflexology I give her) so I wont partake of today's Couples offer.
I will have an Indian Head Massage, then a manicure, followed by a pedicure with Minx nails.
After all that I will have a hour chilling out in the Relaxation Room.

I've just dropped in for a float and a neck and shoulders massage before bed.
Ahhhhhhh, bliss. Sorry I missed the couples event. My OH has only ever had one massage and although he was a bit blasƩ about it, I think he enjoyed it.
