Gem - the heated waterbeds sound blissful! Just what I need to relax after a busy day, with some soft music playing in the background. I will probably just drift off to sleep - please wake me before they close for the night!

DD2 used to belong to a leisure Club (pre children days!) and I often went with her as a guest to the spa there.
Our relaxation room is based on the one there. The wide, soft leather covered heated water beds were the most comfortable things I have ever relaxed on. So, I ordered some for our Pamper Zone here

Aching all over today after GC sleepover at the weekend, so I'll book in for a few days & try out all the treatments. I need pampering & peace please. 😴

Gem - the heated water beds are a great addition to our Pamper facilities. Bliss!

Nana - I hope the pampering and peace is restoring you after you hectic week-end.

I've just dropped in for a quick swim in the lovely heated indoor/outdoor pool, a few minutes in the steam room and then off to walk Eva. She'll have to run to keep up with me after all that!!! (I wish!)

I heard some splashing about & wondered who it was. Mystery solved Daisy. Hope you enjoyed your swim.🏊‍♂️

I will just have half an hour deep breathing and relaxing to calming music in the Relaxation Room.

I have to go out by about 1.30, so if I am asleep after that, perhaps someone could wake me up?!

Nana - I find swimming quite relaxing - sorry for all the splashing. I must stop doing racing turns!! (hahaha, in my dreams!)

After some very not strenuous gardening today I think I'll have a neck and shoulder massage.

Gem - I hoe you got out for 1.30, and feel relaxed.

I'm braving the snow and wind , I need a float in the pool and a foot massage , Legs are playing up again so it might relax them ,
I have a nice coupe of short stories to read so after my session I will snuggle by the fire for a while I think

I hope it did you good Oma!

A float in the warm pool for me, I have had tummy and back pain the last couple of days. Almost certainly an ibs flare up. Warm water helps.

This cold, snowy weather makes me feel chilled to the bone, so I'm going to have a short swim and then warm up in the steam room. Blissssss
