Looking back at my last visit here this seems to be the only thing which stresses me!
Moaning Mother syndrome
Some reflexology followed by the spell in the relaxation room please, and nice glass of prosecco.

Jaded and tired after the Christmas activities. I need a little peace and quiet, so perhaps a float and a hot stone massage would do the trick, followed by a couple of hours in the quiet room with a new Christmas book.

I have some weird limbo time, sandwiched between two appointment's at the same hospital.
This seems the perfect spot in which to spend some of that time.
I will try the flotation tank, then after a shower , a hand, foot, and shoulder massage. After that I will wrap myself in one of the fluffy bathrobes and take my book into the Relaxation Room for an hour

I am quite achy tonight, so I will have a back, neck and shoulder massage. Hopefully that and the candles and relaxing music will get me ready to drift off to sleep!

It must be the time of year - my neck and shoulders are aching tonight, so I think I'll have a neck and shoulder massage, and relax in the steam room for a while to let the warmth soak into my aching bones!

Gem - you're right - de-stressing is much needed. My back is aching after moving things round after decorating. I don't feel it at the time, it's later when it hits.
A back, neck and shoulder massage would be perfect, then some relaxation in the steam room before flopping into my nice comfy bed. Ahhhhh ...... bliss.
