Plant - I'm not surprised you feel a bit tense with your eye being so painful.

Oh, I need a nice session in here!
The needs of the elderly (cat and human ) are really draining me and I never seem to feel relaxed these days.
So, an hour unwinding in here will help. First a neck, hand and foot massage with scented oils. Then half an hour in the relaxation room with my eyes closed.“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown

It's nearly the end of November. The days are short, dull and mostly wet, so it's time we had a Pamper Party!
A whole day of your favourite beauty treats, relaxation treatments, massages and if you're feeling energetic exercise classes.
What would you sign up for?
I think I'll start with a Yoga class, followed by a hot stone massage. Then an hour in the relaxation room before lunch. After a leisurely lunch and more relaxation, I'll spend a bit of time in the gym trying some of those weird and wonderful machines, and then a swim followed by the flotation tank, before having my hair done. Afternoon tea and home by taxi because I'll be far too chilled out to drive.

What a good idea!
I will start with a swim. Then a short spell in the jacuzzi.
Followed by a shower, and a neck back and shoulder massage. An hour chilling out in the relaxation room, then I will have a foot massage and pedicure with sparkly Christmas gel nails to see me though the season.

After several days of gardening, I'm here at the Pamper Room for a nice gentle massage to iron out the aches and pains in my shoulders, neck and back, please. Then a session in the floatation tank, and half an hour in the relaxation room, before heading for a good night's sleep. Blissssss .......
I know it's all closed down because of Coronavirus, but I can dream, can't I!

I have been under a lot of stress lately. I feel very tired although I have had nothing much to do for the last few days. Just a reaction I think.
So, a head, neck and back massage please, followed by some reflexology.
Then I will nod off in the relaxation room for an hour.
Then maybe a gentle swim, followed by a warm shower, something to eat, and straight into my pyjamas
