This afternoon is How to make the perfect choux pastry. I will sign up for that one please, then sample the results!

I haven't made choux pastry for years - I could do with a refresher course. Of course I'd have to sample the finished product!

Good morning Gem. I'm a bit late for breakfast but I'll join you for a coffee, and enjoy the sunshine in the conservatory. In fact it's so nice in here I'll just relax a while and a bit later have another coffee and an iced bun, with a cherry on top of course.

Cake icing - great. I've never done very well with it, so a lessons and demonstration would be brilliant.
