Qwerty he is doing well isn't he, two teeth already!
Yesterday morning I decided to colour my hair, all was going well until I started to feel sick and dizzy. It was the well known symptoms of a migraine on its way.
By the time came to wash the colour off I was in a bad way. I was so disoriented by now the room was spinning and the pain was hell. I somehow managed to rinse my hair even though I almost passed out at one stage . I had to grip on to the wash basin because I could no longer see and I had the most awful high pitched ringing in my ears. I literally crawled to the bedroom and there I stayed till about 10ish yesterday evening.
I then changed into my nightwear and got into bed and there I stayed until the morning. I was so pleased to wake up feeling so much better.
This is the third migraine attack in less than a month, I have never had so many severe attacks in such a short time before!
IBring me sunshine in your smile.

Mimi I get them like that they are so awful and even after the pain goes it takes a couple days to feel normal again , I have tablets but if I don't take them as soon as get any symptoms they don't work . I then take Syndol they help with the tension side and make you sleep but much better than suffering . I hate the nausea and throwing up feels like your head is exploding . I hope they ease for you you have my sympathy xxxxIm not fat just 6ft too small

Mimi - poor you. That sounds horrendous, and it couldn't have happened at a worse time. You, too, Oma. My DIL2 gets them as well, and if she doesn't take her tablets as the very earliest sign she can be in bed, sick, and unable to stand light for up to 3 days. Last time she saw a Neurologist (?) he said not to worry, she didn't have a brain tumour! I could have hit him. Grrr.....Her GP is more helpful and has tried lots of different meds to find one that helps.
Qwerty - your young man is travelling fast - 2 teeth in one week! He'll be asking for steak and chips for dinner soon. It's wonderful to see their progress. xx"Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognise how good things really are. "

Good morning everyone, and Happy Easter!
We had a nice day yesterday at DD2's. Buffet lunch then Easter activites and egg hunt for my GC and 4 other children.
Today is Sunday lunch, again at DD2's. OH and I have provided the lamb. Just family today, we will collect my mum en route.
I hope Mimi is better, and everyone else is well“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown

I am much better today thank goodness. I have been sowing some seeds and dwarf runner beans today. I have never grown these sort of beans before, apparently they can be grown in tubs and they do not need any canes to support them, I will report back about May /June time to let you know how they have turned out !Bring me sunshine in your smile.

I've grown dwarf runner beans in the allotment and they've done well. In tubs, I suppose you've just got to keep them well fed and watered, but I can't see any reason why they shouldn't do very well. Some of them have lovely flowers as a bonus! I also grow dwarf broad beans because ordinary ones get too battered by the wind.
