The secret is handle as little as possible . don't use a rolling pin just dab it to the thickness you want gently by hand , only glaze the top with egg not the sides as that will prevent rise Oh and yes Be Ro is the best in my opinion too

I have just received a Skype call from my 4 year old GS , well I think it was him, all I could see of him was his feet and some times the ceiling. He was singing and dancing with the tablet in his hand at the time . It don't half make you feel dizzy

We sort of saw the eclipse, it was cloudy here but it did go very dark and cold for a while but I have to admit I was so busy talking to our next door neighbour that between us we missed a bit of it !
