Oma, what lovely pictures. GD very pretty but that GS of yours is so handsome, I bet the girls are after him. Has he plans for his future?

GS2 is into kick boxing and he’s not sure what he wants to do yet , he is 16 in July,
GD has just won North east junior dance championship at the weekend for Dance
At the moment that’s her life she’s 11 next month.
GS 1 is as you know studying Music that’s his passion,
He intends that to be his career,
Yesterday he and Lucie were talking about the future when they are older moving in together after Uni and then about when they eventually have children ,
So it’s long term for them 😁

Oma, they grow up at such an alarming rate. Sometimes its hard to believe GD2 is 21.
Plant, sounds like you had a lovely day yesterday.
Lord Sheraton has done his job on the leather suite.
I've only got half a can left. Went onto my next shopping order, but Asda don't sell it anymore.
I might shop around for some or try a different brand.
Glorious sunshine here.Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Oma, someone has spirited away your babies and substituted two handsome and beautiful, talented young people! As you say, they seems to grow up all at once. They've got plenty of time to decide what they want to do, but for now it sounds as though they are loving their hobbies and doing very well. As for GS1 and Lucie, they clearly have plans! I was wondering, like Plant, what branch of music your GS1 would like to do. Oooh, new sink? That sounds exciting. What kind have you chosen? We'll need to replace our ceramic butler sink sooner or later (like yours, under the wooden work top in the utility room), and I'd probably want another similar one.
Nanto, someone asked me the other day how old our GSs are and even as I answered "19 and 20" I hesitated, thinking they can't be that old. But they are!
Lord Sheraton has done his job well! We only have one leather armchair now and I'm afraid it doesn't get the TLC yours get.
Gem, it's a pity your GS1's dad is so 'difficult' but I know you and his mum would rather make sure GS gets to school safely and happily. Any news on DD1's insurance claim yet?
The dentist's office phoned this morning. Could they change next week's appointment? So they offered tomorrow at 9 am, sometime in April - and the next one would be August!! This is to see the hygienist. So I'm going tomorrow.

GS1 wants to go into producing music rather that front of house . He's loving Uni and all aspects of the music industry at the moment.
We hope it lasts with GS & Lucie shes absolutely lovely and we think of her as part of the family, she just fits in 😁
grab tomorrow's appointment lord knows if you wait till April they could cancel again .
The sink is a square stainless steel , it looks deeper than the one we have so I'm happy .
My DD has a Belfast sink you could have a bath in it it's so deep and long, she loves it .Im not fat just 6ft too small

Lovely photos Oma. They are growing up!
Nan2, sunshine here too. The foggy frosty morning turned into a sunny day! Zero degrees on my car when I first went out this morning, 10 degrees when I came home this afternoon.
Daisy, no news on DD's insurance claim, neither does the divorce seem to be moving forward any faster.
Cat cafe was lovely especially as we were allowed time in the room which has two kittens in it“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown

Gem, I can imagine how much you enjoyed time in the room with the kittens! Did you smuggle them out to take home?It sounds as though DD's insurance company are dragging their feet. Has the assessor seen the car? I'm sorry the divorce isn't moving forward either. It must be so frustrating and unsettling for your DD.
Oma, I should think music production is very exciting and satisfying. Lucie and GS1 sound the perfect match - everything crossed for them as a couple. I love the sound of your DD's Belfast sink! I have sink envy.
Yes, definitely going to the hygienist tomorrow!
I managed a couple of hours in the garden this morning, before the rain set in after lunch. I pruned back my Hydrangea, Annabelle, and gave her a good feed and mulch. I hope she appreciates all that TLC. Spent a while this afternoon trying to sort out and set up some things on OH's phone. He's getting better at using it, but I still get messages to pass on to him because he leaves it plugged in in the hall most of the time!

Good morning everyone, it was a lovely day yesterday, cycling to the pool we go through a park, full of colour! Daffodils etc lining the paths. The aqua was very busy, word is getting around that the young man is really good, the only thing was there are a few young ones being allowed to take part, certainly not 50+! That is being looked into. I was helping a new lady, how I got to do it I don't know, she had a stroke a few years ago, plus a few other problems, she was so frightened, the young man was a good help and we kept an eye on her, she had to have a belt, floats etc, sadly the lesson is not for her, she needs an assisted lesson with someone with her. Her memory is not what it should be, we had problems with the locker etc after the lesson. In fact, it was tiring!
Oma, the GC look lovely.
I am feeling more myself after whatever virus hit me! The sun will help as well.
Daisy, I have a dentist appointment in June, a double one, the hygienist follows the dentist. I went to have my eyes tested yesterday, the same as they were 2 years ago so I was pleased about that, I was sat sewing a black skirt the other week, I could hardly see the stitches, it was a dark, dull day, that must have been the reason.

Good morning ladies.
Lizzie, it does sound as though you are getting better. Aqua class is probably not right for that poor lady at the moment, as you say.
I hope the hygienist isn't too rough Daisy! I did want to smuggle one of the kittens home, or preferably both
Library this morning, GS1 from school this afternoon. At present I take him home around 6.30 as his mum has no car to collect him. Golf course closed again, OH not happy. Luckily she did play yesterday.“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown

Oma, dull here too, it has been raining. GS has his head screwed on, it is good to have a goal to achieve.
Nanto, can I be excused the ballet class? Nice easy dinner today, can I have poached eggs please.
Daisy, I hope the trip to the dentist isn’t too expensive for you.
It is DD’s birthday today, she is 62. I don’t think anything is planned, she had a busy weekend with the family. I expect GD1 and H will pop over. GD1 went to the dentist yesterday about her wisdom tooth. The dentist shaved off a bit of the tooth to stop it cutting the cheek and said tooth okay, she was so pleased to be out of pain.
Gemini, busy day for you. Poor S, another day without her golf. I don’t think we have any of those cat cafe around here. What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare
