      Good morning everyone.

Nanto - the sleepy doggy in the graphic could be Eva - she didn't even start looking for her breakfast until 9.30, unheard of for her! I hope FIL's check up goes ok.

Gem - I'm sure both you and your aunt are looking forward to seeing each other. She is an amazing lady.

Oma - Hope B's appointment and treatment go well. Now don't get too excited in Aldis! Time is a strange thing. I bet in some ways it doesn't seem 5 minutes since you lost your mum, and yet it's 27 years. I'm sure she's looking down on you and keeping you in order. xx

We both slept in today - I woke about 9 o'clock. So we're having a lazy morning. My car has got to have something done to it so OH will take it in at lunch-time - it's a factory recall thingy, and hopefully won't take long.

Good morning at last, been to see my doctor, yes you heard it, I looked on line yesterday because my eyes were very sore and lo and behold there was an appt. for 9am today. How did it go from 2 months to the next day. He said my eye lids are turning in (age condition) slightly now and that is irritating the eyeball. Have cream for nightime and drops when I need them. I then had to see the nurse to get my bloods checked before my next injection for my bones. Oh dear, don't like these age related problems, the list is beginning to get longer.

Have a lovely lunch with your aunt Gemini, I am sure she enjoys these lunches with you. I presume you don't let on to your mother.

Oma, I hope B's visit to the doctors goes well, not sure about Aldi.

Hope your Mil is on good form Nanto.

LOL Plant no I don't. Mum knows I see my auntie regularly but I don't mention going out. I used to go out with them both for a meal every few weeks, but mum made it clear it was a chore, then started being downright nasty to auntie, so I carried on without her!

I hope the cream helps your eyes. I think those appointments which suddenly appear are cancellations.

              We had a productive day!
Washed and hung out towels this morning, then we went for my auntie. We had a lovely country drive and lunch, then another cuppa back at hers when we dropped her off. OH then went to practice hitting a few golf balls and I waited in the car (I could see her from there!) Then we went to The Range and Sainsbury's for a couple of things.
My turn to cook so I must do that now.

Good morning, Nanto. What a bright cheery graphic to put a smile on our faces this morning.

Plant - I do hope the cream and drops ease your eyes - it must be very uncomfortable.

Gem - what a lovely day you had. I bet S was delighted to be hitting a few balls. How was her wrist afterwards?

Oma - Another pill to add to B's collection, but if it helps keep his bones strong it's well worth it.

Yes, thank you for asking, J did get his car sorted out and it seems to be ok, so we're planning a short trip in the caravan this month, then a longer one next. My car just took a couple of hours, but now the zappy thing on the key doesn't work - I couldn't lock it last night until I pressed 'open'!! OH put a new battery in but it's still not ok so it will have to go back to the garage tomorrow.

It's bright and sunny here at the moment, and no wind! I'm sure there'll be some breeze out in the Solent though for our day on the ocean waves! We took Eva to DS2's last night and the house is so quiet without her. We'll pick her up on our way home tonight.

                        Good morning ladies

We all like your graphics Nan2
I hope Nan2 and Oma both find their in laws well. A day for visiting the older generation today!
Daisy, I'm glad to see caravan trips are in the offing. You and I are lacking in much needed breaks so far this year!

Daisy and Oma, OH's wrist was not as uncomfortable as she feared. She is going to go this afternoon to try playing, as Thursday is the more relaxed ladies play.
Usual Thursday stuff for me. Mum's shopping, visiting her and doing a bit of gardening for her.

                        Have a lovely day everyone.

Have a lovely day on the Solent Daisy, hold on tight. Weather supposed to be very good today.

Aqua this morning then who knows! GD and boyfriend have moved into the cabin, bought a few things they needed and now settled in. Lovely day with GGS yesterday, he was on good form. I was dead heading some flowers and he came up and said "hello, what are you doing Gt.Granma". He loves our big garden and doesn't stop running. His parents have started viewing some more houses, the situation of the one they lost was in such a good position, nice village and close to good schools.

So no holding S now Gemini, hope her wrist holds out when she starts playing matches.

We are hopefully going to visit DD in a couple of weeks but no other breaks on the cards- wish there were

Morning ladies on what was a very warm and sunny morning but has now poured with rain. Hoping it clears soon as I have washing to hang out, and dogs still need walking. B has gone to see T and hopefully get her out for lunch won't hold my breath on that one. I'm a bad Mum I only see her fortnightly as I find it mentally and physically draining. Once every 2 weeks makes me look forward to the visit. Glad your OH arm stood up to golf Gem , Daisy hope you get your central locking sorted, mine hasn't worked for ages. We are currently trying to buy me a more modern car as dear old Bessie is 17 years old and has given excellent service, but things are starting to play up. My driver's door won't fully open and it rebounded and caught me square on the chin on Tuesday and it really hurt Nanto your cheery graphics are always a good start to the day. Have a good day all.
