We Back neuts still a bit low but Proff thinks its one of his drugs causing it ,
Sent him for a chest Xray because of this cough but couldn't hear anything when he sounded his chest so not an infection
Just a precaution really , wants him to stop taking the pills he thinks causing the low reading of his neuts and see him in 4 weeks see if that has made a difference ,
      Otherwise he's fine

Oh Gem I feel sad for you knowing puss is coming to her end big hugs xxx

Enfys we found when B was having treatment friends kept their distance mainly due to not knowing what to say and fear , even one of my niece's was afraid to visit for a long time ,

Daisy don't go mad mind , Eva will only make it mucky again

      Plant enjoy Aqua xx

I hope changing B's tablets will work for him.

Enfys, that is strange when you say people are reluctant to visit you, but Oma confirmed it was the same with B.

Gem, it would be so less stressful for you and the kitty if she passed away naturally at home.

Had a very vigorous Aqua, new instructor, more like a Pilates session only in the water. I managed to forget I had my alarm still around my neck and thought that was it but checked it when I got home and it worked but then I found I had lost my mobile, it was in my cardigan pocket, not very safe. Went back to the parade where I remembered having it last but to no avail. Contacted EE and they have put a stop on it. Looks like a very expensive replacement, I bought that one off GS1's wife for £50!

Enfys - I'm sorry to hear P is still feeling poorly. I think people don't like to visit because they don't want to put you to any trouble, don't want to tire P out and may also be worried about passing on any possible cold germs or something like that. I do understand how you feel about putting petrol in the car. And it's good you feel like that - not silly at all.

Clover - I'm sure your neighbour appreciates your concern. You are kind. xx

Oma - thank goodness it wasn't a chest infection. I'm sure there are times when pills can work against each other - I hope they can sort it out for B.

Plant - oh dear, a strenuous session at Aqua and then losing your phone.

Gem - I'm so sorry to hear kitty's not so well. You know how I feel for you about it - we went through similar things with both Rusty and Clyde. The only thing I can say is I actually felt better (incredibly sad, but less anxious) after we'd made the decision to let them go. The vet came to the house both times, it was calm and peaceful as they gently slipped away in my arms. We were able to wrap them up in their favourite blankets and spend some time with them while the vet tactfully had to go and do something in the car. We knew they hadn't suffered and I felt it was the one last act of love we could give them.

I know everybody sees things differently, but I was grateful we had been able to let them go in that way.

Thinking of you and sending hugs. xxx

Oh dear Plant, what a nuisance losing your phone. I hope you can get a replacement at a reasonable price.Thank goodness your alarm was still working.

Oma I hope the Consultant’s suggestion will help sort out B’s low nuets.

Enfys although P is feeling poorly at the moment the nurse must have reassured you a bit by saying it will take time.
Well done with the petrol. Congratulations are well deserved.

My neighbour said she feels a bit better which is good news. She loves flowers so I took her some yellow roses. She has to go back for more chemo in just over a week

My appointment went well.I’m still breathless on exertion but all tests are alright with only some minor discrepancies. The doctor says that’s the end of any investigations. I must be a medical mystery. I am slightly anaemic and the doc.recommended an over the counter multi vitamin plus iron which I am taking already.

I hope Qwerty has arrived safely and Daisy is lying down in a darkened room after her floor scrubbing exertions.

Thank you everyone for the kind thoughts and hugs. Very much appreciated. I will write more on the pets thread soon.

I think I am all cried out for now. I will try to catch up a bit on today's chat.

Daisy, I know you understand how I am feeling.
Oma I hope B's levels improve soon.
Enfys to put the petrol in yourself is no small thing and well done to you. I hope P soon feels a lot better.
Clover, it is kind of you to offer to help your neighbour.
What a pity about your mobile Plant.

Tomorrow we have the hairdresser at 8am. Early as OH is having highlights (birthday present from me) as well as the usual trim for us both. Then all 3 GC all day, so you may not see me at all, or at least not until the evening!

                        Goodnight everyone xx
