      Good morning ladies.
Aww, what cute little girl on that graphic Nan2
      Doggo looks so relaxed WG.

GS2 today, then GD from school. OH is playing in an away golf competition and will be gone most of the day, so no nap for GS as he will come with me to school.

      Have a good one everyone.

Good morning everyone! Lovely graphic again, Nanto - I don't know where you find them, but they are appreciated.

We woke up to frost and fog, but the sun's trying to come through now and the forecast is good.

WeeGranny - that's one very relaxed and contented doggo. Where does he sleep at night?

Oma - I hope GS1's cold isn't bad enough to spoil his trip to NY.

Gem - have a lovely day with your gorgeous GS2, and GD later on. I hope S does well in the competition.

            Good moaning each!
Thank you for thinking of me yesterday. Not the best way to spend Valentine’s Day, with a pipe down my gizzard, but a much better outcome than I anticipated, Hiatus hernia!
Now we can book some hols.
OH bought a new tv this week. He came back with extra cables at enormous expense as recommended by the salesman. Delivery chappies (who will set up if required) said take them back, they are not required, so did the person at Sky. He is not pleased. Guess where we are going today? I may have to disappear amongst the vacuum cleaners.
Big frost here, let’s hope it kills off some nasty bugs.
            Enjoy Friday ladies.

Good morning all, very sunny here, looks lovely but I bet it’s chilly out, I can see people going past all wrapped up in hats and scarves.

GM DH has that too, was discovered years ago and gives him no problems now.

We are out to lunch later for P and Gd’s birthdays, best present he had, her being born on his birthday. Can’t believe she’s 24 today, where have those years gone.

i am hobbling about with a dodgy knee, what a nuisance it is. I was sitting doing some work on the computer yesterday and when I stood up my knee ‘went’. It does it often and I just have to be careful and it gets better in a few days. Blooming nuisance! Otherwise all ok here. P doing reasonably well, reactions to the chemo manageable and he has two scans next week.

Hope everyone is keeping well, have t had chance to read back so sorry if I’ve missed anything. Have a good day 🌞

Morning all, food shopping for me today, lovely and sunny here after heavy frost. My body felt very tired yesterday evening after aqua and gardening, taking it easy today. would you believe it, I have lost one of my phones again, will have a search today. I feel so stupid!

Grauntie, what a relief for you, now get on and book that holiday.

Enfys, hope the painful knee clears up quickly. Pleased to hear P isn't experiencing too much reaction to the latest treatment. Enjoy the birthday lunch.

Grauntie, I know we shouldn't say Fabulous News to a Hiatus Hernia, but you know what I mean I know that relief after worry - you book that holiday!
Take is easy today Plant. Aqua and gardening in one day is a lot. I am constantly losing things btw!
Have a lovely lunch out Enfys, and mind that knee.

Morning all, another nice sunny day but it was a little frosty this morning.

Grauntie I echo what Gem has said about your Hiatus Hernia diagnosis. I had my diagnosis way back 12 years ago . Mine has gotten bigger as the years have gone by but is all down to management , taking your medication and knowing what you can and cannot eat and drink and do take any suggestions what is written on the internet with a pinch of salt. On one website it states that bananas are good for you as they are easily digested . Not for me, they give me terrible pain, each person is different. I will say don't eat your main meal too near to your bedtime as it can cause indigestion

Enfys your poor knee ! Hope its better today.

Plant it might be the gardening that has made you tired, after all for months we have been stuck indoors and the first hint of any sunshine, out we go and we wonder why we ache in places where we didn't even know we had places.

                      Nan2 lovely pic.

Must dash as I have to get my face pack off before it sets soiled and I have to remove it with a pick axe !
Bring me sunshine in your smile.

Face pack made me titter Mimi. I have a very vivid imagination.😉🤣

Nan2 I hope that you can find time for us to meet at Cannon Hall Farm. I understand if it's a Grans intention just to post & not meet. That's what's good about GRU....no-one's pressured to do anything they don't want to do. (As I txt I can see Gem coming in later to add to this.😊) Half term will be avoided tho'😲.

Oma my hernia is just above my tummy button, so not the same. My aunty had the other one & had no trouble at all once diagnosed.

Enjoy what's left of today Grans. Lovely & sunny here.

Busy this morning at in laws, but been more of a relaxing afternoon.
No cooking,we had fish and chips.
Grauntie, good news that its a Hiatus Hernia and nothing more serious,if you know what i mean.

Telephone found on table in garden fortunately under cover. Sat in sun lounge for about an hour today with an audible story and knitting, Enjoying the book, it is Clovers Child by Amanda Prowse.

What a fantastic day it's been, after the frosty, foggy start. I'll definitely have to cut the grass if it stays fine tomorrow!

Grauntie - thank goodness it's 'only' a Hiatus Hernia - although I do think that sounds rather painful. xx I hope your OH gave the salesman a piece of his mind along with the unneeded cables!

Plant - wise lady to take it easy today. I bet it was bliss sitting in the sun lounge. I've never read an Amanda Prowse book but her name keep popping up all over the place. Lost things generally do turn up - glad the phone was ok.

Mimi - I've got a mental picture of you attacking your face with a pick axe. Please tell me the mask came off without you resorting to violence.

Enfys - rest that poorly knee - it sounds painful. I hope you enjoyed the joint family birthday celebration. It's so special when a new member of the family arrives on another's birthday or anniversary.

Gem - how did S do in the gold competition?
