My sister went to the specialist last Monday, he said all was well and that he would see her in 6 weeks, the next morning she got a call that he had discovered something after she had left and she had to have blood taken and a MRI scan, the blood was taken the next day and the MRI on Saturday morning so she is waiting for the results. I hope the results are good, I can hear on her voice that she isn't well, I have heard it a few months. I know we get older but there is something not right.

Oh that's hard Lizzie, being given the all clear then told there is something they need to investigate.
Let's hope as you say, the results are good.
It may just be strain and worry you are hearing in her voice. Most of us know what physical effects those can have on us.
Wishing her all the best Lizzie xx

Oh Lizzie, that's a shame when she was feeling better. Hope the news is good.

My sister had to go and see the consultant yesterday after a rush MRI scan and blood tests, it is not good news, most probably cancer of the lung, mesothelioma they say caused by asbestos. She has to have a biopsy yet but it doesn't look good. Worrying times.
