Well I had to go back to the docs.as the pain in my knee has shifted from the back to the front. I was having to take painkillers more than I'd like and walking, especially going up stairs or slopes is really bad. The doctor thinks it is arthritis and a bony spur is pressing on a ligament. Anyway I went for an X-Ray with results in two weeks. So I'll have to continue with the "drugs" and try to do exercises to strengthen the muscles round the knee joint.
Hey ho what next!
Hey ho what next!

My left knee collapsed last year. X-ray, MRI and then an Arthoscopy in March where the surgeon took out floating cartilage, filed down bony spurs, and generally tidied up. It has taken a few months but I am so much better and now have full movement back. I'm told a replacement is inevitable so I expect that's where you two are going eventually as well?
