My DS smokes and I wish he didn't, but it's preferable to drug taking.
My Dad smoked all his life, not just cigarettes but a pipe as well. Cut down as he got older, but never gave up completely.

He’s just gone to the smoking clinic it’s a 12 week course , I think he’s been going a month , he seems ok won’t say he doesn’t fancy the odd cigar, they say it takes 30 days to break a habit.. J been 21 days come Sunday , thanks for asking about him, I do tell him, he has been amazing overcoming his depression and stopping smoking I’m very proud of him , although I am a realist I expect it will raise its ugly head but hopefully he will deal with itComment
