He’s just gone to the smoking clinic it’s a 12 week course , I think he’s been going a month , he seems ok won’t say he doesn’t fancy the odd cigar, they say it takes 30 days to break a habit.. J been 21 days come Sunday , thanks for asking about him, I do tell him, he has been amazing overcoming his depression and stopping smoking I’m very proud of him , although I am a realist I expect it will raise its ugly head but hopefully he will deal with it

We'll done J. Not an easy thing to do. WG I was just saying to OH recently that you don't see so many people smoking a pipe these days.

Qwerty - I wouldn't wish man flu on anybody, but if it's putting J off the thought of a smoke it's not all bad news. Even so, I hope he's soon better.
