Spending the day in a field with my family on Saturday! My ex husband, very much a hippy at heart, has arranged a family and friends camping weekend, our own mini 'festival' !
I'm not into camping, as I like a comfy bed and my own bathroom I intend to go for the day on Saturday however. Not totally sure if OH is coming, the lure of decorating our new rental house is competing I think. I will go with SIL2s parents if not, as they are not staying over either.

I had an unexpected friend request on FB - from my very first friend. We lived next door to each other and although we moved away when I was 6 the 2 families remained friends. Eventually he got married and moved abroad and I only heard occasional news of him via his older sister. He's now back in the UK and it's fun to do the 'do you remember when …' We have over 60 years to catch up on - our families, mutual friends, etc. It might take a while to get to 2015!
