Glam that’s a brilliant weight loss clever girl
I have stopped drinking lattes everyday, they are fattening but I love em , used to have one first thing on a morning and a treat about 3 pm, I have cut out the breakfast one and done what Oma tells OH to do and drunk a pint of water instead, it’s like drinking dust horrible but I do feel better for it as the day goes on . There are 40 cals in my latte two a day is 80 cals 560 cals in a week that’s 29,120 cals in a yr 😱😱

Qwerty - when you add up the calories saved in a year just by making a small change like that it seems really worthwhile. Clever girl.

Enfys - are you still using your relaxation app. I was wondering if it's useful?

Oma - I have to nag my OH to drink water. I even leave him a pint glass of water in the kitchen to remind him!

I don't like drinks to be very cold - the coldness seems to take the taste away, but then water hasn't got much taste anyway. I still prefer it at room temperature though.

I have small bottles of water in the fridge so I have a few to drink each day. I hardly go anywhere without one. Warm water ... no thank you. The colder the better.

Well done Glam on your weight loss. I'm not jealous.🤢
