Never anything cooked unless you count porridge or toast.No sugar on cereals and reduced sugar marmalade.I usually put a few raisins or sultanas on porridge and I always have an apple mid morning.

Plant we use out digestive system far too much. We are still hunter gatherers, physically, and overload it by eating too much too often. I know it's the most important meal of the day,but unless away or on holiday I do not eat any breakfast.Sometimes I can go all day without eating and just have my main meal at night.Not healthy I know,but although I am a cook I'm not a foody'I'm definately an eat to live person and not a live to eat."What doesn't kill us,makes us stronger."
