      The Great Train Robbery, in which over £2.5 million was stolen, took place near Bletchley, Buckinghamshire. The day of the train robbery also happened to be the 34th birthday of Ronnie Biggs, one of the robbers.

            Oh how I loved Enid Blyton books when I was a child. I read everything from the Sunny Stories magazine, Famous Five, Secret Seven, Mallory Towers - everything.

                  Millie - I remember when she stopped writing Sunny Stories - I was so upset. The title continued for a while after but it was never the same.
