Just remembered, I think hubby wants to pull the rhubarb today, so I'll be washing it and cutting it for the freezer.Sometimes I forget to like posts,but that doesn't mean I don't like them.Comment

She kicked off yesterday when Pamela was leaving but SIL2 was there and put a stop to it .
The stand in carer is hilarious apparently, SIL said she is so jolly and bright ,
Hopefully MIL will take to her as well.

Rhubarb has been washed,dried and cut up. Bagged and in the freezer now.
Hubby thinks we will get another crop. It will all be used.Sometimes I forget to like posts,but that doesn't mean I don't like them.Comment

Gem, I think everything is running smoothly now. Our hosting company was very quick to fix it.
Oma, it's so funny, vacuum packed! We've just vacuum packed some bedding and it really does shrink, but at least it now fits in the linen cupboard! I hope MIL gets on with the relief carer.

Nanto, the talk about rhubarb is making my mouth water. When you were a child did you ever have sticks of rhubarb with a twist of sugar to dip it into?
I don't seem to have done much today except clean all the stainless steel pots and pans. They all look like new again. I did a towel wash and made lunch. It was so hot this afternoon I went for a lie down. Tomorrow might be a bit cooler. I was supposed to be getting together with my College friends for lunch, but we've called it off. I'm quite relieved because I was a bit worried about the heat and was in two minds about going.
