    Good morning ladies.

    Going into town again.

I only want some mushrooms and bananas, hubby would have got them for me, but I've been enjoying going on a Tuesday.

On the way home we are going into Argos.
I think hubby is giving in,and letting me get him a new phone. It's his Christmas present from me.
I know it's early but believe me when I say he really needs one now.

      Morning Nanto, ladies.

      Wet dark and miserable here,

      Nanto
It's more a case of what MIL will let her do I think.
      Enjoy your trip to town,

I think we might go to Farm foods today but I want to go to B&M also so see what wins , we might go to both.

B just put the bin out he said it's that fine dampness drizzle that goes right through you .
I have just seen my neighbour going off to work in a short sleeved dress , no coat unless she has one on the car.
She must not feel the cold.

        Good morning ladies.

I like your coffee drinking teddy Nan2

Oma, maybe one time some family member could 'happen' to be around when the cleaner is there? Then see what she actually does with the time.

I hope you slept well Daisy.

Plant, I hope the logging in problem is over now.

Library morning for me, then free the rest of the day. I need to make up the spare bed and hoover up there for DD and SIL1 staying at the weekend.
Golf competition day for OH with ladies from other clubs playing. There is a meal afterwards. The forecast is a lot of rain, unfortunately. I have a single portion of left over shepherd's pie to defrost, so my tea is easy, just cook a few veg to accompany it.

Our posts crossed Oma. Maybe the cleaner needs to be there when someone takes MIL out?!

SIL tried to be there when the cleaner was but MIL won't let her told her to go home till cleaner left as she doesn't like SIL chatting with her,
I think it's because SIL will say what needs doing and MIL doesn't like that.

We went to both B&M and Farm foods,
We went to a little shopping outlet about two miles away where Dunelm is we forgot they have both shops there along with Pets at home I needed to go in and they have a Iceland ,
Saved going to B&M near us then driving the other way to Farm foods,
It's really wet and dark now,

              Good Tuesday afternoon everyone.

We had visitors this morning, last minute, but very welcome, so I'm playing catch up yet again. The weather's ok. It's dull and a bit chilly, but rain isn't due till later this afternoon, so I'm going to take Eva out now in the hope of not getting soaked. I'll be back later.

Poor Plant, I hope her GD can sort it out. Thanks for telling us Oma.

Nan2, time will tell if your OH resists the new phone until Christmas!

I hope you (and Eva) didn't get wet Daisy.

Oma, OH does have waterproofs. In fact the weather hasn't been nearly as bad as the forecast, so fingers crossed they won't be too wet.
The librarian started a visual migraine just before we both left the library. She was due to meet a friend in town, going by bus. I gave her a lift in to make it easier. She was hoping not to get the headache she often gets. The friend was in York specially to meet her, or she would have cancelled.

Lizzie, i wouldn't want to be in New York with that temperature.

Lizzie, that is chilly. I hope your DS and DIL took warm clothes, or is that why they will be coming home with new North Face jackets?

Nanto, my OH would be the same - put off the day of getting to know his new phone. Perhaps you can persuade your hubby that Christmas Day isn't the best day to concentrate on it.

Gem, I hope the librarian was ok. I get visual migraines but no headaches, but I can sympathise. Was she well enough to enjoy seeing her friend, I wonder. It was kind of you to give her a lift though.

Oma, MIL makes it hard for all of you it seems. Well done on getting your shopping done so efficiently.

It sounds as though there is a lot of bad weather about. It's colder here, but just dull and seemed to go dark earlier than usual. Eva and I had a long walk in the Forest. I spent most of the time on the look out for a dog we'd seen earlier which seemed to be lost. At first I thought there was an owner out of sight, but the dog's behaviour was erratic and he looked lost. I asked everyone I saw to look out for anyone searching for it, and where I'd last seen it. It's a horrible feeling when your dog goes missing, and it's very easy to get disorientated once you go off the main tracks.

Daisy, I hope the dog and owner were reunited.

OH played well, enjoyed the golf and meal and as a bonus didn't get wet.
My bonus was she brought me back a lovely mince pie, still warm. My first of the year
