It's time for our pre-lunch cocktails!!
Our wonderful bar person will make to order
- a classic Daiquiri (lime, rum and syrup)
- or he can add strawberries - lovely flavour and pretty colour
- French 75 for the gin lovers - gin, lemon juice, simple syrup or maple syrup and champagne
- a Mimosa - made with Italian Prosecco, orange juice and a dash of Cointreau
- an Old Fashioned - made with Bourbon or rye whiskey, a sugar cube, water, angostura bitters, garnished with orange peel and a cocktail cherry
- Margarita - lime, Cointreau and tequila - light and refreshing
- a classic Sidecar - Cognac, Cointreau and lemon, served in a sugar-rimmed glass
They're all delicious, but Migeul our new bartender, says, don't try them all at once. Savour each one!

Today is Gem's birthday!
Please help her to celebrate by raising a glass to her anytime today! It's wine o'clock all day, the cocktail menu (above) is still available, and speciality gins, Pimms, and all kinds of fizz are on offer. There's a running buffet, too, in case you feel a bit peckish.
