A busy day for me today, so I think I've earned a nightcap to make sure I get my beauty sleep (ok, I know one night isn't going to make a difference, but I can dream. LOL)

Well, today has been like a proper Summers day, amazing!! Hospital with OH this morning for 6 monthly check, then shopping with my mum and time at her house.
Feet up time now.
I would love an Italian Twinkle. GrannyJules and I have enjoyed those in Ask. Prosecco, vodka and elderflower - delicious!

Ooh haven't been in here for a while but feel I need a large drink after what just happened. I had a lovely bubbly bath, came on here whilst in my towel for a little while and then went into the bedroom to moisturise, check boobies, oil hair etc. We are an upstairs maisonette and not overlooked so being in the bedroom is quite relaxed, curtains open, not a lot on - well nothing on actually not even a towel! Dada dada listening to John Denver, KNOCK KNOCK on the door. Pulled on a dressing gown and went downstairs. Chappie standing there looking a bit, well, something. Me from behind the door "hello, can I help you". Him "umm madam I just have to tell you that I am working on the roof". what? I thought. What roof? Why are you telling me? My confusion must have shown and he pointed to the house next door overlooking my garden and with no windows that do so. He said "I must apologise but I was just on the roof and ...." BIG GASP from me! He explained that as soon as he knew I was in the bedroom he came down off the roof to come and advise me he was there. He and his employees will be on the roof for the next week from about 8am until 4pm at the latest. He will put a note through the door to let me know when they have completely finished the job.
