    I have ordered pancakes and maple syrup, and lots of coffee, to keep me awake. I think a nap may be in order later however!

          'tis a day of celebration
          Mr Oma is officially in remission, cancer free, and the Omas can breath and get on with life!

          Cakes and all manner of goodies on the house today, in honour of this happy occasion,

          A pot of Earl grey and a big slice of lemon drizzle cake for me please. I may toast them in the Grannys Arms later as well!

            Gem - I was just thinking about a free bar in the Grannys Rest to celebrate the Omas' good news.

            But, I'm always ready for extra celebrations, so I'll join you here as well with a pot of good strong tea and a slice of that lovely gooey chocolate cake.

                        Looks like the food stocks are a little low after OM's celebrations last night so I think a 'big' shop is called for.

                        Is there enough bread to make a slice of toast and a cup of tea please ?

                          Mariella baked overnight, so there is a huge mound of hot cross buns to be eaten!

                              As it is quite chilly today we have lit the fire. I know lots of people are busy today, but if you have time for a quiet sit, pull up a chair by the fire.
                              The Easter bunny must have been as there is a basket of chocolate eggs on a table with a notice saying Please Take One.
                              Ok then, it would be rude not to, and a coffee to have with it please!
