Just popped in for a quick lunch, but I might linger and have afternoon tea as well if the promised storm erupts. Good excuse to relax by that lovely fire!!
I think I'll have Eggs Florentine, with a pot of tea, and a buttered fruit scone to follow.

Good morning from the Tea Room. Open bright and early this morning and the sky is just starting to lighten up for what we hope will be a better day today. The trees in the garden here are turning beautiful colours so come and sit by the window for a while and watch the leaves fluttering down.
After that poetic start to the day, I'll have an Americano. It's too early for breakfast!

I’ve been to choir practice this morning arrived home to a houseful, youngest DS and DIL plus gs, DIL 2 and gs1 and gs2 it was chaotic!
