I'm off to the shops so I have hubby with me,
He will have a black coffee and a croissant with strawberry jam
I will have the same but with Tea,

Isn't it odd without the decorations up ,
But that fire make up for them all toasty and cosy 😁

I've timed it well for a spot of lunch by the fire. I'll have a poached egg on wholemeal toast, with a pot of tea and a slice of that delicious chocolate cake, please.

I will just have a cup of fruit tea for now, and sit by the fire .

As soon as the croissants are baked I will have a couple with raspberry jam please, and my morning coffee.

I see the snowdrops are starting to peep trough under the trees in the garden. They will be so pretty by the end of the month.

I think this morning I'm going to treat myself to a nice bacon buttie with a pot of builders brew ,
I will have a freshly squeezed orange juice as well,

I can smell those spiced buns,
I will take two home please.

It's good weather for ducks out there, I will sit in the conservatory and watch the wild life 😁

Planting anything at this time of year is difficult - freezing one minute. pouring with rain the next, but as Oma says, we can look forward to lots of Spring colour.

Oma, the weather seems to have improved a bit. Fingers crossed it stays dry.

It's a bit early for lunch, but I'm hungry, so I'll have poached egg on wholemeal toast, with a pot of tea and a slice of that delicious Victoria sponge, please.

Oma, my GD1 would love to restart the old knitting shop as a wool shop. She has a Saturday job in their local one and loves it. She's got lots of ideas to make it successful, and perhaps she could have a selection of nice cards on the side by the window.
