I don't start my childcare duties until this afternoon, so here I am for a leisurely coffee Maybe I will have a toasted teacake too.

I will have a nice big pot of coffee, and plate of assorted pastries please, then I can choose. I'll have some melon first, to be healthy

As there is a wedding anniversary and a couple of member's family birthdays to celebrate today, Mariella is making a cake
I shall be back to sample some later.

As I have a busy cleaning day ahead, a good breakfast will set me up!
Porridge please, with strawberries and blueberries and a little syrup. Then a banana, and a big mug of black coffee. Maybe 2 slices of coffee and walnut cake to go as well. For our tea break

Good morning, Gem. That should set you up for a busy day's cleaning. I bet that coffee and walnut cake has gone before lunch!

While I'm here I'll have a pot of coffee and a slice of the chocolate sponge with buttercream filling. That will chase the wet, wintery chills away nicely.
