And today (Boxing Day) Mariella and the dedicated staff are open until 5 pm, serving light lunches, and festive goodies.
It's bliss to sit down quietly for a few minutes with a pot of tea, but i might just be able to manage a small slice of Christmas cake as well!

The tea Room has been very quiet since Christmas.
Martha has been busy spring cleaning, and Mariella has a special offer on - Free cake or pastry with every tea or coffee, until the end of the month!
I have ordered some spring flowers which should be along later to brighten tthe place up.

Think I'll just sit for a minute. It's so cosy & warm in here. I'll have a hot chocolate but not a cake today thanks. I don't mind sitting on my own. Sometimes it's nice to just sit. The spring flowers are beautiful Gem & brighten up the place. Smell lovely too. Thanks Martha it's lovely & clean.
