That so sad about your friends DS Qwerty, how on earth do they get over something like that.

I have just come back from the Drs. He has no idea what the red rash / marks are on my feet. It doesn't itch/ burn/ hurt. It isn't raised , it makes no difference if I wear socks/ tights/ slippers/shoes or even barefooted. So at the moment he is treating it as eczema and if no better I have to see a skin specialist. I like to be a little different than anyone else. I also spoke to him about my constant migraines, he took my blood pressure and than was normal and the good standby word "stress" was mentioned bearing in mind OH recent heart attack. He told me to try and relax and put my feet up. Me relax !!! I have never been known to relax or keep still for very long !

Sad news about your friends' son Qwerty.

Rather you than me getting up at sparrows f*** to look after the twins! Not quite sure how I'd have responded to the trial run!!

Will be away from tomorrow until 24th. Going to visit DS and spend a few days in Prague. Just been and got his shopping requests. Hopefully he'll enjoy all his treats!

Behave yourselves while I'm away. Look forward to catching up when I get back.xx

Hi everyone. How puzzling about your feet Mimi.

When we collect GD from school today we are meeting up with our friends and their 7 year old GD, so the girls can play and we will all eat together. Usually we have a day out together when they have their GD for the holidays. This year the school holidays don't coincide though, and my GD is back at school!

Qwerty, my DD2 is meeting up with boss lady on Friday to try to work out her hours. Name down for the Nursery she's chosen. She went to a few! I'm gutted I can't help her out, because of bl***y ME. She discussed it with her partner but came to the conclusion that I was too unreliable. It was a bit hurtful at first but they're right. I can be fine one day & awful the next. In retrospect it's not me that's unreliable but the illness. She would love to stay at home but they have a mortgage to pay for etc. I hope you enjoy your little ones, even if it is an early start. 😉

It's been a busy day here today.
I washed the sheets, then rehashed them again as a bird kindly left its calling card on them.
Did some gardening, popped to have my hair cut and when I came home I noticed that the neighbours at the end of our garden were removing all their rubbish that had been stacked up against our fence causing it to lean towards our garden. It has been getting steadily worse but the last lot of high winds we had has made it quite unstable.
OH has kept them busy working with a couple of cans of larger !

                            Good morning everyone.
I hope you are in and out of hospital quickly Oma.

My mum has a dental appointment today, as well as our normal shopping, tea and cakes out etc day. I have to drop her off near the dentist, then go and park in a car park as there is nowhere anywhere close to park. Then I have to go back for her. The plan had been once OH retired she would drop mum and me off each time, then come back for us when I text her. However, Thursday afternoon is now golf afternoon

No Liz he caused a problem this morning got there for 9.15 it was 11 .30 when got out . his line is blocked they needed lots of blood to try find out what kind of bug causing his symptoms and couldn't get any. Now we know why he has a bug its because of the line being blocked ,so had to take Blood from his arm and he had a bleed it was dripping on floor and all over his jeans it stopped quickly but made its mark while it flowed They were just about to call the cleaner when we reminded them of his Hep B so nurse double gloved up and used paper towels and spray before bagging it all up safely . He is fine just causing trouble as usual Sitting on Patio now sunning himself .

Oma - Brian must be keeping all the doctors and nurses on their toes! I hope you've taken him a reviving cuppa while he suns himself on the patio! Sending hugs to you both. xx
