Oma, its nice when you feel like staying a bit longer.
She's a fool to herself when she is in a mood.

    Plan A for dinner.

Washing is dry,so going to bring it in before we go out.
We've swept and hoovered the patio this morning. Looks tidier now.
Housework done,so nothing to do when we get home.

Oma, MIL must have had a good nights sleep!

GD1 was cutting peppers before she went on holiday, she still had some money to pick up, I called in last week as it is close to me, the man was away but I spoke to his son, I have phoned the man a few times this week and he never phoned me back, I messaged the son last night and GD got a message this morning, on my way home I realised why the man hadn't phoned back, I have a private number and he would get No Caller ID!

Time then to relax in the shade Nanto

Very hot, I need to do a small shop but maybe I can leave it until tomorrow or go when it gets cooler. I have eggs so I will not starve. My trip to the doctors was nothing worrying, just nuisance. I have a wart like growth under my bra strap and it keeps bleeding. Dr referred me to a Skin Specialist, they don’t deal with anything like that on the NHS. Not too far away fortunately.

Oma, pleased Mil was in a pleasant mood.

Too hot in the garden, the curtains are drawn until the sun goes off my SR.

We went to M&S food hall I just wanted to stand in there it was nice and cool , heat hit like a wall when we walked out .
Every ones car was covered in dust this morning apparently it’s a dust storm from the Sahara desert according to the news and weather ,
B washing it all off now ,

We also popped into Lidl they have Bavarian week on so I could get some German/ Bavarian stuff we can’t get at any other time.

There are lots of things you can’t get done on the NHS now even things like having your ears syringed,
hope you don’t wait long it must be a nuisance.
By the way my boob stopped buzzing it must have been the hotel I was picking up signals from 🤣🤣🤣

          lizzie
What a mix up Hope GD gets her fair dues ,
My friends legs are very bad at the moment she’s having compression bandages done every morning at the hospital for two weeks they are weeping sometimes, even her feet are being wrapped they are so swollen.

We had the same just a few weeks ago with some recliners GM 4 times they didn’t turn up we even asked if they changed their minds to just text and let us know ,
After 4 people not showing up we gave them to the Salvation Army .
If it was me I would say sorry I’ve changed my mind let them offer to someone else and saves them hanging around.

Well, hello everyone! I feel as though my feet haven't touched the ground since we got back from Brum, and probably won't for a few more days.

Last week I had arranged to meet up with two friends for coffee today at a local garden centre. That was Plan A. I think we got to Plan G before it was finalised, so today saw me setting off to collect Friend P who lives about 12 miles away, and drive to somewhere or other to meet up with Friend H who had hurt her knee and couldn't drive far. Friend P doesn't drive very far these days, but at least she knew the way to the final venue - down lots of twisting narrow roads populated by speed hogs. Fortunately nobody can make me drive faster than I think is safe! Anyway we had a lovely time together and suddenly realised it was nearly 2 pm! I drove Friend P back to her house and got home about 3 o'clock, hot and very hungry. I had a snack and hung the washing out then I was so tired I went for a lie down, and slept for nearly 2 hours.

I still feel wiped out, but hopefully tomorrow is another day, and I can join in with the Chat.

Daisy, at least you had a nice catch up with friends.
We all enjoyed our meal out thanks.

Oma, your friends legs sound very painful.

They are she has lymphoedema and her legs are 3 times the size they should be , plus she’s in a wheelchair now as it’s almost impossible for her to walk.
She never complains though she is such a sweet lady.

Gosh what a hot day! It was hot inside and outside in the shade. Baby and I were in the garden under the parasol for part of the afternoon but we came in after a while as it was too hot.
I have just had a cool shower and feel nice and fresh

Daisy I hope you can catch up on some rest tomorrow. It's too hot for all this rushing around!

Grauntie, we have been let down by people not turning up for stuff we were giving away. As Oma says all they need do is let you know they have changed their minds. Most rude.

                          Another beautiful morning.

Not a lot to do today.
Just tidy round and do the ironing.

Dinner will be fish from captain Birds Eye with homemade chips.

So so hot yesterday, I shut the curtains, sat down and promptly fell asleep. H was here in the paddling pool, they are potty training her and she managed one wee and one poo in the potty. My DD has bought her some pretty knickers which she loves to wear. I hope to get to the shops today, fridge looking a bit empty. Will pop back later.

                              Good morning.

It has been a very thick mist here since 4am! It is lifting now and another good day is forecast.

Little H is getting there with her potty training Plant!

As I missed Monday's aqua class due to being in Birmingham I booked onto this morning's.
I am free after that as DD2 and family have been invited out to tea, so no school pick ups for me today.

It was too stuffy wasn’t it yesterday, I sat indoors reading my book, I had jobs to do but couldn’t muster up the energy,

B went to Wilko to see if they had a toolbox for GS thought we would get one in the sale, he said the shelves were empty only a few bits hear and there , very sad to see.

Man coming to check the seals around my front door , there is water getting in when it rains,
We had someone a few months ago he said it was the metal strip at bottom of door wasn’t sealed put some silicone in but it’s obviously not that ,
Coming between 10-2 if he comes early we will have a trip to Dalton park B wants his Lindt chocolate 😁.
