Rain here , we off to pick B's hearing aids up too they needed adjustments .

DD and GS1 coming this morning , we haven't seen him for over a week he didn't get home from Ireland till Sunday night and he's off again on Friday going away with his friends family on holiday for a week , only back about another week I think then off with DD .& Sil on Holiday , takes a fair chunk of school holidays up

I hope all goes well with FIL's new hearing aid Nan2. I wish my mum could manage them!!

A wet night here. A couple of thunderstorms forecast today.
We are going out to Yorkshire Lavender with friends C and P. If it's too wet we shall be mostly in the cafe!

This evening DD3 and I are going to the small cinema in town to see a streaming of Measure for Measure. I think we may be eating out first. The tickets are my birthday present from her.

Good morning all. I have finely been able to buy some Migraleve tablets after about 12 months of looking in every chemist shop I could think of !
Its a dull day here but so much better than yesterday.

Computer man is coming to pick up the laptop. He doesn't hold out much hope though.As long as all my stuff can be saved and transferred , if I have to buy a new laptop so be it.

Reading about terrible thunderstorms in North Yorkshire with bad flooding.

Nothing much happening with throat, it is not sore just lumpy feeling and slight earache. GD is back, came in this morning, made me jump. BF or should I Fiance is at work, when he gets back they are going to see about getting the ring enlarged. I am going to DS's to pick up the hearing aid I left there.

Hope it will not be long before you have your laptop repaired or replaced Gemini.

I was wondering how P was Enfys.

Good afternoon all. Hope you are all keeping well, I haven’t read back over the last few posts. The sad news we had earlier knocked me sideways a bit.

P is very well, so much better off the chemo. We have just had a visit from the cancer community nurse, she is very nice and talked us through things. She was pleased to see him looking so well and reassured us over various things.

We have a few days away planned at the end of next month. Just to North Devon, not far, but a lovely hotel with nice views. I think I’ve mentioned before that it’s a coach trip with a couple of excursions as well, so no ddiving for either of us. Looking forward to it.

I also have a day out on Friday, going to Wells in Somerset with our WI. Wells is a very pretty little town, with a lovely cathedral, Bishops Palace and gardens so should be a lovely day out. So my friend and I will have a girls day out and the two boys are having a pub lunch 🙂.

Had a busy day at home and at in laws,but all done now.

Very heavy rain since about 1pm. Bit of thunder and lightening as well.
Bound to be more flooding in places.

Wells is a lovely interesting town Enfys. OH and I stayed there years ago, I remember the water flowing in the gullies alongside the pavement. Have a lovely time and a good holiday when it arrives.

Well we decided not to go to Yorkshire Lavender today as the forecast was awful. It's not far, we have all been before and can go again any time
C and P came here in the morning for coffee, then we all walked into the village for lunch.
In fact the rain cleared up and we had no thunderstorms

I am meeting DD3 at 6 for a bite to eat before the screening.
Computer man took the laptop away for a look and will let us know the prognosis tomorrow.

Enfys so pleased to hear P is feeling well and that you are looking forward to your little coach trip ,
My sister & Brother in law go on these coach trips often , in fact they in Falkirk for a few days on one , went on Monday think they back tomorrow , they love the fact someone else takes the strain

Nanto we had rain but not the amount or thunder that was predicted

DD & GS1 came we had cream cakes for lunch that DD brought not exactly healthy lunch was it hahaha

Storm went mad when he came in he hasn't seen us all week , he ended up with several treats and Nana was naughty and I fed him fresh cream

Afternoon ladies, it has been cloudy but humid today and now a few raindrops. We did our fortnightly trip to Newton Abbot as that is our nearest Asda,Iceland ,Wilkos. Sitting with my cuppa now and watching tipping point.
Enfys so pleased your OH is feeling well enjoy your girly day out.
Gem hope you weren't affected by the awful weather I see Yorkshire has endured. Shame about your laptop, do hope you manage to save everything you want from it. A big expense aren't they if it needs replacing.

Good morning.Sunny just now,but more heavy rain is forecast.
I feel so sorry for those who'se homes have been flooded.

Hopefully, i will be at home all day,gives me a chance to catch up on a few jobs.
