Ah I have to say I have been a Corrie watcher for years. The flat went up in flames, Maddie went to Kevin's house and found the girlfriend whose name I have forgotten but is the daughter of Alan Something who was maried to Rita and for reasons I cannot remember got flattened by a tram in Blackpool - are you still with me? So anyway. Maddie went into Kevins house and realised that the girl who has no name (in my story) is going to kidnap Kevins baby (I could go into the Kevins baby story but you might fall asleep). The girl with no name (for short GWNN) got angry, she and Maddie had a bit of a falling out, Maddie went to tell Sophie and Kev and disobeyed police Orders not to cross the line but she did and got blown up by the igniting of gas bottles in the builders yard next door.
She has died tonight, I suspect with a little bit of help from GWNN.Last edited by ZIZI; 01-06-2015, 10:17 PM.If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together

Usually I watch it on catch u0 whilst doing other things. I am better at names and things in historical episodes, I find the soaps quite irritating these days especially SCREECHENDERS which I hate (husband loves it because someone he knows is in it - and I don't like him, the person husband knows, either)Last edited by ZIZI; 01-06-2015, 10:15 PM.If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together

I love the soaps.I haven't watched Hollyoaks for a long time, but I record Coronation Street and Eastenders Been watching Neighbours and Home and Away, since they began.
I can remember my grandparents listening to the omnibus of The Archers on a Sunday morning.Grandad had an allotment, but had a radio so he could keep up with it.Last edited by Nanto2girls; 02-06-2015, 07:20 AM.Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

I watch Corrie, Emmerdale and Eastenders. Eastenders is my least favourite, I don't really mind if I miss that one. OH likes them too, so we tend to record them and watch when we have time.
I have listened to the Archers every week since I was in my 20s. My ex husband and I loved it equally
OH isnt into it, so I listen on i player at some point during the week.“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown

I stopped watching the soaps many moons ago when everyone on all the soaps were either murdered and no body getting caught ,Everyone having affairs willie nilly , or being blown up constantly .
The amount of people who get murdered or blown up in Corrie I would hate to live on that street. Also how many Husbands can one woman have who has either a dark past or are insane surely Gail can spot them a mile away by now . Emmerdale is just a load of male /female sluts jumping into each others beds , and I hate Eastenders another one where murders go on almost monthly. If one has a story line about a murder all the other ones will be doing the same . never watched Hollyoaks or Home and away . I liked Emmerdale when Annie and Seth were in it , Corrie when Fred and Reg were in and of course Mavis ,
Im not fat just 6ft too small

I watch Corrie faithfully although often watch the next day on catchup. I had not seen last night's but am not surprised that Maddie has died as it was forecast that she was leaving the street and I wondered how they were going to get rid of her. She was a good character and I think will be missed. There are one or two I would gladly see the back of though. Hope Roy find a new romance with the current new character in his life. Daft 'cos I do know it is only made up. Thanks Gem for the website tip.Be careful when blindly following the Masses.

I watch Emmerdale and agree with you Oma there is so much jumping in and out of people's pants - like the expression "willy nilly" in that context! haven't watched home and away for donkeys years and never watched Hollyoaks. I used to listen to the Sunday edition of the Archers but stopped some time ago, cannot remember why.If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together
