Nana, I shall watch the Pottery throw down as well. I’d also like to watch the Landscape artist of the year on Sky Arts. Do you know when it’s on, please?

The pottery programme is on Sunday 10th, Ch 4. Sorry but I don't think the landscape one has been given a date yet, only that it's coming soon. Daisy, you might be on there one day if you keep practicing. 😉"Good friends help you to find important things when you have lost them....your smile, your hope, and your courage."

Thanks, Nana. I’ll make a note to record or watch the GPT on Sunday. I’ll look out for the landscape programme. I love seeing how each painting is so individual.
Haha, I think they would be looking for a comedy programme to have me. I’ve still only done a few seascapes. But I’m enjoying it, and that’s good enough for me. 😀"Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognise how good things really are. "

I watched all but the first few minutes of the Great British Pottery Throw Down tonight. Some very talented and creative potters.
We recorded Carol Vorderman: Closer to Home (I think that's what it's called) this afternoon as it is filmed in and around Prestatyn and Denbigh - OH's home patch. It was only on BBC Wales, though.

How does anyone feel about the woman presenter? She played the part of a nun in a tv series I believe... 'The Derry Girls'? I don't know as I didn't watch it. I think she's trying too hard & I'm finding her a bit annoying. The programme carries itself.
Having tried my hand at ceramics at Art College I knew that poor man's white glaze would fuse the top & bottom together. Pity because I thought his pieces were good.
Daisy, not sure if 'Landscape Artist' is on tonight."Good friends help you to find important things when you have lost them....your smile, your hope, and your courage."
