    What are you watching?

What are you watching in these stay-at-home days and night of winter ?
I think I have watched more TV this year than I have in years!
Netflix is a godsend as you can always find something to watch.

In December I watched a few Christmas films.
We are watching The Crown, well into Series 2 now.
We are watching Escape to the The Chateau. OH chose that but I am enjoying it too.
I am binging on old episodes of Gogglebox which I haven't seen. Always good for a laugh.
We have been told The Queens Gambit is good, so that is on our list.

I am about to watch yesterday's Dr Who now, as OH is busy with a jigsaw

I watch the Queens Gambit Gem, very good. I have watched Bridgerton over the last few days and a few weeks ago I watched The Yorkshire Ripper.

Last night I watched a documentary about a 700 yr old knight that was found in 1982 in St Bees , fully preserved in a lead coffin , even still had blood in his chest and liver and his skin was still pink
They found out who he was and how he died

Sir Robert De Harrington died in 1297

Yes Glamm, I watched Bridgetown. I watched a lovely concert from Vienna yesterday, the Vienna State Orchestra and beautiful ballet dancers. I also watched Tea with Mussolini. I do quite a lot of recording. I watch Only Connect and University Challenge. I do not watch any soaps.

Hubby likes to watch The Chateau. I used to watch it but Angela started to get on my nerves.
I have quite a bit of stuff recorded, that i watch when hubby is out or on the computer.
I like watching the soaps, but hubby moans all the time when they are on, so i record those as well.
Last night i recorded The Serpent,it's based on a true story, but i havent watched it yet. I think there are 8 episodes.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Oh dear. I've been trying to think what I watch - and can't think of anything! There are programmes I watch if OH happens to have them on and they are even 10% interesting. We have very different tastes and since I'm the one who really isn't bothered I mostly let him have control of the remote.

I very rarely watch anything from start to finish either. I suppose I'm a lost cause!

Television for me is company and relaxation, I am very choosy what I watch and I can knit watching television.

I binge watched the Queens Gambit, excellent. I also watched Tea with Mussolini yesterday. That was enjoyable too. We are ploughing through Homeland, it’s exciting. It’s on Prime, I think.

Yesterday we watched The film about Beatrix Potter and Roald Dahl , 'Roald and Beatrix', which was televised on Sky1 over Christmas. We enjoyed it very much.

I seem to have watched most of what you Grans have watched. I love any art programmes so have binged on those. Portrait artist of the yr & others on Sky Arts. I'm waiting for the Pottery Throwdown & Landscape artist to start. Not long to wait now.
