We never had a Street celebration as such but my Angie brought down a lovely platter of sandwich's and sausage rolls together with dainty cupcakes I put a garden chair at the end of the path and I sat on one at the door with the garden table half way up the path (social distance) she also brought 2 cans of Gin/Tonic so we had a nice couple of hours I plugged Alexa into the outdoor socket so we could listen to some 40's music whilst we watched the world go by,a very pleasent afternoon
Glam, I saw your Angie on FBk. She looked as tho' she was definitely enjoying the day.👍
There was a street party in our close but I stayed away as I had an upset tummy. OH went out for the afternoon & thoroughly enjoyed it. They played Bingo & had a few quizzes. I like your suggestion Daisy.
