    Reading your posts I'm just thankful our little cocker is too small to reach the counter. His nose tip just comes on a level with the edge of the worktop.

      Nana - awww, bless him. How frustrating for him, but not for you! Lack of height never stopped Clyde (a Yorkie) he would look for any means to get at food and we always had to make sure all chairs were fully tucked under the table to keep him off it!

          Nana, I'm sure he's a really pampered pooch! I think foodie dogs don't notice hunger, just food, any food, any time, bless them. 😆💖😘
