The baby of our family, 'Grandson2' is 3 years old today!'
As I see the 3rd birthday as the end of babyhood we have no baby any more!
His party is this afternoon. DD texted me that his 9 year old sister is beside herself with excitement waiting for him to wake up for his birthday morning

My darling GD is 17 today,sharing her birthday with the Queen!
She had a party for 25 friends yesterday in her house and garden under a specially erected gazebo. No details yet ,just a text to say she had a great time.
Today she was going out for brunch with a few special friends.
It seems only a couple of years ago that we got the call to say she was on the way.She really is a lovely young lady and I am so proud of her.Comment
