New chatbox coming soon!

As regulars know, we start a new Chatbox annually to stop them getting too big
We usually do this on September 1st.
We shall close the current Chatbox, which is the 4th and called Chat4you, and open the next which will be ChatAway.
After that the current chat box will still be there to read (as are all the old chats) but you wont be able to post there.
We will have fun filling the next one with our chat

Lizzie, Chatbox is our thread where we chat whenever we like during the day, just saying Hello and what we are or have been doing. .You have posted on there. It's just one thread, running for a year and you just add to it. No need to start anything new

Lizzie - if you want to start a new topic you can! Say you wanted to talk about a visit to the bulb fields in Holland. You'd choose which forum (or section) would be most suitable by going to "Forums" and clicking on whichever forum or sub-forum you wanted. EG under Interests and Hobbies click on Travel, Holidays and Days Out. That would take you to a new screen. On the left there's a box +New Topic (blue background) Click on that and it will take you to "Create New Topic". Give your thread a title and enter your text or pictures etc.

The Chatbox is intended for general chitchat - the sort of conversation you might have if you saw a friend or neighbour in the street.
