I do unless the item is not good, then I usually contact the seller first. Recently I bought ‘Fresh Discs’ from ‘Must Have Ideas’. These were absolute rubbish and I should have known better. They made no difference to the fruit which is why I bought them. In this instance I did leave negative feedback without contacting the seller. I got an email telling me to contact the seller for a refund and then change my feedback. I didn’t bother. It wouldn’t have been the truth.
On the other hand I bought a hand mixer from Amazon and was rewarded for my positive feedback with 2 electronic scales!!
I do find feedback helpful when buying on line, and I think I can usually weed out the moaners from the truthful.
Do you leave feedback and read reviews?
