      It's so hard Nana. We want to do it, and we know why we should - and how many things would improve if we did. Sticking to it and keeping motivated, that's another matter!

          Keep going, ladies. It is worth it, mainly because we probably all feel a bit healthier after losing a few pounds, and if we lose enough we've got a cast iron reason for binge-retail therapy.

          I'm still stuck at the same weight, but with a holiday and visitors for the last 2 weeks I'm just pleased I haven't gained!

                              Another pound and a half lost . 3 and a half in total. Not massive amounts, and tiny a percentage of what I have to lose, but still, it is in the right direction.
                              Once I reach half a stone I will host a party in the Tea Rooms, all calorie free of course )

                                Gem - well done! Losing 3 1/2 pounds is good - it's a quarter of a stone! So we're half way to our celebration in the Tea Rooms.

                                I'm not doing quite as well. I've managed to lose about 3 lbs so although my weight is going up and down a bit - between 1/2 lb and 1 1/2 lbs a day, the overall average is about 3 lbs less. I do need to try harder though before the winter munchies hit hard!
