I am still on SW and have been since early November up to now I have lost 1st 3.5lbs last week I put on 1lb and was mortified as I had followed the plan to the letter so don't know where I went wrong,what I have found though is my cholesteral (sp) has gone down to 3.1 and my diabetes level count has reduced to 53 from 56 so something is working,and to be honest my pants are hanging around the tops of my legs pretty loosley according to DD.stI go back tonight and am hopeful of a loss but will not give up I just want another stone or so to fit into some nice summer dresses.Keep Calm,You're Fabulous

Well done Glamm. I lost 2 stone 18months ago and am trying hard not to put it on again. I am a WW member and although I kept the membership going, I hadn't been back to a meeting until last week, weigh-in yesterday I had lost 11/2 pounds, so now I must face the weekend. I only want to loose about 5 pounds to get back to my ideal weight. Good luck to you dieters.What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

Nana - glad you found a taster of the book. I can do all of those things, apart from the food bit - I'm always on the go, I can relax and I get enough sleep nearly every night. If I could stop eating all together I would be fine!!
Plant - well done for going back to WW - it's better to need to lose 5 lbs than the two stone you lost originally.
