    Nana OH grew black tomatoes a few years ago. They were so weird she pulled them up and threw them out!!

      I'm not surprised Gem. They tasted them on tv & said they tasted just like tomatoes. Ha๐Ÿ˜‚ So what's the point I ask myself?

        Nana - I like growing odd tomatoes - just for fun and because you can. They usually taste fine, but one year a strange so called heritage variety grew quite differently - and turned out to be sweet peas!!!

            Nana - we thought they were just a bit different to be classed as tomatoes and stuck them in a vase instead!!
