I bet we've all got some. What do you do with yours - any recipes would be much appreciated.

Nanto - well judged! I always seem to over-cater when I'm cooking for a lot of people. We've got all sorts of left overs.
Tomorrow I'm going to make a left-overs pasta bake. I'll look the recipe up tomorrow and pass it on."Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognise how good things really are. "

As we weren't at home for Christmas Day, no Turkey leftovers!
We had a massive buffet yesterday to cater for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans plus children
The majority went, although we do have a fair amount of sausage rolls and olives. I have no clever recipes using those ingredients

A little blast from the past - when I was saying to OH what I was doing for dinner I said 'we're having oughts' which is what we used to call leftovers when I was a child! I can't remember when that word last came to mind!
