    Christmas Leftovers?

I bet we've all got some. What do you do with yours - any recipes would be much appreciated.

    Nothing left here Daisy.
We usually have some meat left, which i put in a casserole or a pie.
Last night we had a sandwich with some of the meat, same tonight, so its all gone.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Nanto - well judged! I always seem to over-cater when I'm cooking for a lot of people. We've got all sorts of left overs.

Tomorrow I'm going to make a left-overs pasta bake. I'll look the recipe up tomorrow and pass it on.

As we weren't at home for Christmas Day, no Turkey leftovers!
We had a massive buffet yesterday to cater for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans plus children
The majority went, although we do have a fair amount of sausage rolls and olives. I have no clever recipes using those ingredients

As I only contributed to the Christmas food, I hope the leftovers stay next door. The turkey carcass was boiling already boiling away next door yesterday evening evening. My DD is a great soup maker.

DD made spaghetti carbonara with the left over ham. There wasn't much beef or turkey left once her OH and DB made inroads into it!

I've put the Christmas Pasts Bake recipe under "Recipes".

A little blast from the past - when I was saying to OH what I was doing for dinner I said 'we're having oughts' which is what we used to call leftovers when I was a child! I can't remember when that word last came to mind!
