    Just reporting back on the pork mince!

    In the end the decision was related to what other ingredients I'd got in and I did the BBC Good Food recipe (link in Post 9). It was easy to do, although I added some salt which wasn't in the recipe, but I think it needed it. It also took longer to prepare than the stated 5 minutes, but that included things like grovelling at the back of the cupboard for the right bits of kit.

    I had 500g of mince, so I made twice the quantity, cooked both batches and froze one lot. I was short of time so didn't make the tomato sauce, even though it was very easy - tomato ketchup worked fine! It was tasty and something I'd make again - OH gave it his seal of approval as well.
