Oh dear, all these poor hubbys. Our son in law is also suffering with a really bad cough and cold, have asked him to keep away. There is so much illness around.

Enfys - that's very sensible - you don't want to be taking these awful bugs into the hospital.

OH says thank you all for the good wishes. He'd give you a virtual hug but he thinks this bug is so bad it would travel over the internet!!!

He's sleeping a lot today, and I need to take Eva out for a run before it gets dark. There's no point in waiting for the rain to stop!

That bug is hanging on a long time, Daisy. Hope he soon begins to feel better.

Clover and Daisy, I was chatting to another Gran in the school playground when collecting my GD on Friday. She had been poorly on and off for weeks, ended up with 2 lots of antibiotics for chest infections, and was just coming out of the woods. I have heard of other similar cases. It seems for some reason this winter there are some bugs around which take hold and hang on.
I'm sure both your OH's will be back to normal soon xx
