Did anyone see the Rick Stein programme on Tuesday? Clam chowder served in sourdough bread. The inside was taken out and toasted, chowder in bread shell and you ate the shell when you'd finished the soup! OH wondered why I was having my soup in a proper bowl for lunch!!

WG - I only saw a minute or two of it and I didn't realise what it was. I wonder if you were slow with the soup would it leak through the bread!
