My sister worked at a tailors, thy made the uniforms etc for naval training. As well as ordinary clothing. When the children were born she worked from home, when she got the cancer of the lungs they told her it was asbestos connected, she said she hsd never been in touch with asbestos, we grew up near a builders yard and asbestos was there all the time, then when she would be doing all the pressing o the garments the iron holder would have been an asbestos plate at the time.

There was so much asbestos around wasn't there - it's hard to imagine we had ironing board with asbestos plates. Those uniforms must have been meticulously made. I've seen photos of a friend's OH who was a Captain in the Royal Dutch Navy, and he looked incredibly smart. Your sister must have been very talented.

          Daisy he wasn't there

He and daddy are at his other GPs for Easter as DD is away with friends.
I'm sure he will have had some though!

              That's OK Daisy
Having all these grandsons is enough t0 confuse anybody! Including me. It's standing joke that I am constantly calling GS1 by his little cousin's name as they have the same initial

It's a nice problem to have, Gem. I don't suppose it would work referring to them as Big E and Little E either!

Lizzie, my MIL used to do that too. I can understand why now, when names just don't come as easily to you, or you're preoccupied with something else.

I am one of six, the youngest. My mother used to go through all the 5 girls names.

Little eggs for all four grandsons. But - they are well hidden in the garden and they have to be hunter for.

Inevitably, some get missed and I found last year’s last one in Ash Wednesday! Hidden in the crook of the carabiner apple tree.

Update on this - as of last Thursday GS3 had not eaten the chocolate bear.
He did have some little eggs at his other grandparents house over Easter.

Although he knows it is now at his house, twice on Thursday he looked at the place in our house where he had seen it before Easter and commented that there was no bear

Gem, aww, bless him. I bet he wonders where "your" bear has gone.

Daisy maybe he thought it was now a permanent fixture in the house His cousins chocolate animals were in the same place so I think he's missing looking at them all
