Has anyone ever done a supermarket click and collect order?
We have a Tesco one to pick up for the first time tomorrow, as there were no delivery slots. We've had this booked almost 3 weeks.
They don't appear to have given us any collection details apart from our time slot and which branch. Perhaps they send more today?
Just wondered if anyone else had done this?

Gem,there should be a sign in the car park directing you to the pick up point....a delivery van!!! Park beside it,give your name/order number to driver,he should bring your stuff to the car,you transfer goods to your car,he collects empty boxes and off you go. All very civilised and you don't have to mix with lots of people, Hope it goes well x

Gem - our DIL2 uses Tesco Click and Collect most weeks. In their local branch it's a little hut by the petrol station, but as WB says, I'm sure it will be signposted. She says it's very quick and easy.

At Waitrose for Click and collect you go to the entrance and the people controlling the queue check if your order is there ready for you, then let you in. I have one on Tuesday.
